At Quick'n Brite, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1-800-223-9187 or hello@quicknbrite.com. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
